1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. The Holiday Health Live 2026 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by MagnaWave Inc., 2202 Plantside Drive, Louisville, KY 40299 (the “Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube or Google. You release each of them from any liability related to this Sweepstakes.

2. Who can enter

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the following places who are at least 18 years old, and the age of majority where they live, when they enter:
  • The 50 United States and the District of Columbia
  • Canada, excluding Quebec
  • The member states of the European Union, excluding Italy
  • The United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland
  • Australia
The following people cannot enter: employees, officers, directors and contractors of the Sponsor, AuraWell, VyFy Wellness Club and their parent companies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies; their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses); and anyone living in the same household as these people, whether related or not. Certified MagnaWave and AuraWell practitioners who are not employees or contractors of the Sponsor may enter.

3. How to enter

Entry period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on October 6, 2026, and ends at 4:00 PM ET on November 6, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official clock. Registration entry. Go to magnawavepemf.com/holiday-health-unwrapped during the Entry Period and complete the free Holiday Health Live registration form. Each completed registration earns one (1) entry. You do not need to agree to receive texts or marketing messages to enter. Answering “No” to those questions does not affect your entry. Limit. One (1) registration entry per person and per email address. Extra registrations by the same person, or registrations using multiple or false email addresses, will be void. Bonus entries. During the live broadcast on November 6, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM ET, registered entrants can earn bonus entries:
  • Submit a question. Submit a question for the experts through the Q&A form on the Sponsor’s website during the broadcast to earn one (1) bonus entry. Limit one (1) per person.
  • Live code word. A code word will be announced once each hour during the broadcast. Enter it in the form on the Sponsor’s website during that hour to earn one (1) bonus entry. Limit one (1) per hour, up to four (4) per person.
The most entries any one person can have is six (6): one registration entry and up to five bonus entries. No bonus entry requires a purchase, and no bonus entry is given for posting or sharing on a personal Facebook or Instagram profile. Invalid entries. Entries made by script, bot, macro or any automated method are void. Entries that are incomplete, late or not received for any reason, including technical failure, are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. If there is a dispute about who made an entry, the entry belongs to the authorized holder of the email address submitted. The authorized holder is the person assigned that address by the provider.

4. Prize and odds

Grand Prize (1). One (1) winner will receive one (1) MagnaWave or AuraWell machine of their choice from the Sponsor’s list of eligible machines. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is up to $35,000 USD, depending on the machine chosen.
    • Machine choice depends on location. The machines the winner can choose from depend on where the winner lives. The winner may choose only a machine that is available, can be legally sold, and can be shipped to the winner’s country, state or province. Some machines, including some AuraWell machines, are not available in all locations. The Sponsor will give the winner the list of machines eligible for their location. The Sponsor’s decision on eligibility is final.
    • No cash value. The prize has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or store credit. If the winner chooses a machine worth less than $35,000 USD, the winner will not receive the difference in any form.
    • The Sponsor will pay standard shipping to the winner’s address.
    • The prize includes the machine and the standard items that come with it. It does not include certification, training, extra attachments, extended warranties or any item not listed here.
 
  • The prize cannot be transferred or sold. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the chosen machine becomes unavailable.
  Total ARV of all prizes: up to $35,000 USD. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

5. Drawing and winner notification

Drawing. On November 6, 2026, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM ET, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries. The potential winner’s first name and last initial may be announced during the live broadcast. You do not need to be watching the broadcast to win. Notification. The Sponsor will contact the potential winner by email and phone, using the information from the registration form, within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must reply within seven (7) days of the first contact attempt. Verification. The potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where allowed by law, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of receiving them. The Sponsor may also ask for proof of age, identity and residence. Canadian residents. Before being confirmed as the winner, a potential winner who lives in Canada must correctly answer, without help, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question by phone or email. Alternate winners. The potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries, if they:
  • Cannot be reached or do not reply on time
  • Do not return the required documents on time
  • Are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules
  • Answer the skill-testing question incorrectly (Canadian residents)
  • Cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason
The Sponsor may draw up to three (3) alternate winners. If no winner is confirmed after that, the prize will not be awarded.

6. General terms

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize gives the Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, state or province, country, photo, voice and statements about the Sweepstakes in advertising and promotion, in any media, without further payment or approval. Release. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, AuraWell, VyFy Wellness Club, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube, Google, and their parent companies, affiliates, agencies, officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claims, losses or damages arising from your entry, your participation in the Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Product use. The winner agrees to read and follow the product guide and safety instructions for the machine received. MagnaWave and AuraWell machines are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Winners should talk with a doctor or veterinarian about any health concerns. Limits of liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind, including website, broadcast, phone, network or computer problems; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or printing, typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or any Sweepstakes materials. Right to cancel or change. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor may cancel, end, change or suspend it. If it is canceled, the Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the cancellation. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts in a way that is unfair, disruptive or in violation of these Official Rules. Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of the entrant’s country of residence requires otherwise. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without a class action, in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, except where prohibited by law. Privacy. Information you provide is collected by the Sponsor and used to run the Sweepstakes, to deliver Holiday Health Live, and as described in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at magnawavepemf.com/privacy-policy. You will receive marketing messages only if you choose to opt in on the registration form, and you can opt out at any time. Winner’s list. To get the winner’s name, send an email to support@magnawavepemf.com with the subject line “Holiday Health Live 2026 Winner” by December 31, 2026.
