MagnaWave 10-Year Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage
MagnaWave Technologies, Inc. (“MagnaWave”) warrants that its MagnaWave PEMF devices (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period ofÂ
ten (10) years from the original date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser.
This warranty applies only when the Product is purchased directly from MagnaWave or from an authorized MagnaWave distributor.
What This Warranty Covers
During the warranty period, MagnaWave will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, or
- Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or comparable value, or
- Replace defective components or accessories necessary for normal operation.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or servicing
- Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance not in accordance with MagnaWave instructions
- Damage caused by power surges, electrical issues, fire, flood, or other acts of nature
- Loss or corruption of data, software, or firmware
- Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers
Accessories and Consumables
Accessories and consumable items (including but not limited to applicators, straps, cables, pads, and batteries) are covered forÂ
one (1) year from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing by MagnaWave.
Warranty Claim Process
To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must:
- Contact MagnaWave Customer Support at support@magnawavepemf.com or through an authorized MagnaWave representative.
- Provide proof of purchase and the Product serial number.
- Follow MagnaWave instructions regarding troubleshooting, return authorization, and shipping.
Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Shipping and Handling
- The customer is responsible for shipping the Product to MagnaWave or an authorized service center.
- MagnaWave will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replaced Products within the continental United States. International shipping costs may apply.
Warranty Transferability
This warranty isÂ
non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagnaWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Product.
MagnaWave’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
Except as expressly stated herein, MagnaWave disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which MagnaWave Technologies, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
