Plantar fasciitis and MagnaWave

Your foot has a thick, fibrous band of tissue called fascia, reaching from your heel to your toes. These tissues support the muscles and arch of the foot. When they’re overly stretched, tiny tears can occur on their surface. This can cause pain and inflammation. The obstacle is how progressed the problem has become. When dealing with cartilage, tendons, and nerves in addition to foot muscles treatments 2-3 times a week could be required in the beginning to get ahead of the situation. Magna Wave at a higher setting for 8-10 mins with the zoom paddle on each foot or open the butterfly coil up and place the feet in the center of each coil. Use the large loop to also treat the lower leg for 10 mins by placing it behind the calf or wrap the wave wings around both legs at the same time. Addressing why this is presenting further up the body may help eliminate plantar fasciitis further. Reassess and continue maintenance sessions.
