Diamond Y Performance Therapy, LLC Horses have been a huge part of my life as long as I can remember. I started competing in Gymkhana and Team Sorting at age 6 and continued with these two events until I was about 12. I then volunteered to clean and tack up horses for a reined cow-horse trainer in exchange for lessons. I fell in love with the athleticism of these horses! Through Junior High onto college I rodeoed- I competed in barrel racing, pole bending, breakaway roping, team roping and goat tying. I then ventured back into the cow-horse world and became an exercise rider for various cutting horse trainers. Life on the road, traveling from show to show was amazing! However, the connections I had formed with the horses I was assigned to, was even greater! During this time I was introduced to alternative therapies and became even more passionate about helping animals, small and large, perform at their highest level. I then pursued my childhood dream of working in the veterinary field and began work as a small animal veterinary technician. A year later great opportunity came along and I was able to move into a position as a Veterinary Technician for an Equine Reproduction specialist. I am currently still a large animal Veterinary Technician, and still enjoy barrel racing, roping and cow work. Within the past 5 years I have seen how PEMF therapy can benefit humans, horses, livestock and pets!
